These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ThokBazaar mobile app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ThokBazaar.
1. What ThokBazaar is
ThokBazaar is a wholesale ordering app for shopkeepers. It lets you browse a catalogue of products by category and brand, view bulk (wholesale) pricing, build an order sheet, and send order requests. ThokBazaar is an ordering and inquiry service — it does not process payments or handle delivery within the app.
2. Order requests are non-binding
Order requests you submit through the app are non-binding inquiries. Prices shown are wholesale reference rates and may change. The final price, availability, quantity, delivery, and payment terms are confirmed directly between you and ThokBazaar after you submit a request. Submitting a request does not create a binding contract of sale.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information, including your name and dukaan (store) name, when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- ThokBazaar is intended for shopkeepers and business use, not for consumers or children.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including: attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the service, submitting fraudulent or abusive order requests, or using the app for any unlawful purpose.
5. Khata & reminders
The Khata (supplier credit ledger) and restock reminder features are personal record-keeping tools stored on your device. They are provided for your convenience; you are responsible for the accuracy of the entries you record.
6. Availability & changes
We may add, change, or remove features, products, and prices at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the service, or update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThokBazaar is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including reliance on reference prices or catalogue information.
8. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
