This page explains how to delete your ThokBazaar account and what data is removed, in line with Google Play's data-deletion requirements.
Delete your account from the app
- Open ThokBazaar and sign in.
- Go to the Profile / Account tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm with your password. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered email address and we will delete your account and associated data:

We process email deletion requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication).
- Your profile — name, dukaan (store) name, and email — stored in our database.
- Your order-request records linked to your account.
Data stored only on your device
Your Khata (supplier credit ledger) and restock reminders are stored only on your device, not on our servers. They are removed when you delete the account, clear the app's data, or uninstall ThokBazaar. Nothing about them is retained by us.
What we retain
After deletion we do not retain your personal data, except where required by law. Anonymous, aggregated records that cannot identify you may be kept for analytics.
